Ionix Service Manager's IT Service Management (ITSM) application, Ionix Service Manager Version 8, has won the 'Helpdesk of the Year' Award 2007 - voted for by the readers of Network Computing Magazine.

The Network Computing Awards recognize individuals and organizations at the forefront of the industry and give industry wide recognition to the technology, tools, solutions and products in this rapidly evolving market.
