London 25 September 2007 – IT Service Management software developer Infra Corporation has announced its inclusion in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for IT Service Desk, 2007.1

The Magic Quadrant for IT Service Desk evaluates service desk vendors that support large scale enterprise environments of more than 5,000 employees.  

The Magic Quadrant report states that the IT service desk market has grown by 14% per year for the past two years.
