Unique double certification gives customers unrivalled confidence in Ionix Service Manager Service Management software
Ionix Service Manager, the IT Service Management (ITSM) software from Ionix Service Manager, has earned "Microsoft Certified for Windows Server 2003" status following a rigorous independent test by VeriTest, a division of Lionbridge Technologies Inc. This certification assures IT organisations that Ionix Service Manager is fully compliant with the Windows 2003 environment.
Ionix Service Manager's integrated IT Service Management functionality has also achieved PinkVerifyT "ITIL compatible Service Support" enhanced certification, indicating that Ionix Service Manager software fully meets Pink Elephant's criteria for ITIL compatibility.

VeriTest is the sole provider of independent testing for Microsoft Windows certification. The certification programme benchmarks applications to the highest technical standards to ensure that they are secure and manageable, and run reliably on Microsoft Windows operating systems. VeriTest reported that Ionix Service Manager executes in full accordance with Windows requirements. Ionix Service Manager also complies with Microsoft Windows security requirements and offers seamless integration with Active Directory.
Pink Elephant has been involved with the Information Technology Ionix Service Managerstructure Library (ITIL) since its inception in 1987. PinkVerifyT certification indicates that a tool meets Pink Elephant's mandatory and integration criteria for ITIL compatibility for all four of the following ITIL Service Support processes: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Configuration Management. Ionix Service Manager gains an "enhanced" certification by additionally meeting one of the optional criteria (Service Level Management).
