Vmware Service Manager available under Commonwealth Endorsed Supplier Arrangement (ESA)
Ionix Service Manager Pty Limited, developer of the Ionix Service Manager customer support software, announced today that it has been approved as a supplier under the Australian Commonwealth Government's Endorsed Supplier Arrangement (ESA).
"Ionix Service Manager is delighted to have been endorsed under this arrangement, paving the way for more government agencies to come on board with Ionix Service Manager," comments Giulia George, Ionix Service Manager's Financial Controller. Ionix Service Manager is a comprehensive incident, problem and change management application developed in Australia, and used in client sites across Asia Pacific, North America and Europe.
"Ionix Service Manager has proved very effective in streamlining processes in our existing government sites, leveraging on a 100% Internet based system architecture" adds George. "We are particularly pleased that the endorsement process highlighted Ionix Service Manager's track record in successfully delivering solutions to government clients, as well as recognising Ionix Service Manager's role in stimulating the development of the Australian IT industry".
To qualify for the ESA endorsement, Ionix Service Manager was required to demonstrate a record of successful deliveries, financial viability, compliance with Commonwealth Government policies, and product and service compliance with agreed industry standards.
