IT professionals share vision for Best Practice Change Management

Over 200 IT professionals attended seminars hosted by EMC Infra during May 2004, on the practical implementation of Best Practice Change Management.

The seminars, held in Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra, included a real-world case study by Unisys West, on their experience implementing ITIL change management processes. Also presenting at the seminars was ProActive, a leading independent ITIL consultancy. ProActive described the guidelines ITIL provides for selecting the right tool for implementing best practice service management processes.

EMC Infra 's presentation provided a 'look inside' an enterprise level change management software tool - Infra - demonstrating advanced changed features, and the return to organisations on implementing them.
