This exciting all-rounder role will appeal to a consultant who has hands on experience in getting solutions implemented on time and within budget. This role is for someone that has the drive and initiative to make things happen of their own accord, rather than waiting around for someone to give them the answers. You won't be afraid to get your hands dirty, nor to stand up in front of senior executives and give a successful presentation. This is a true all-rounder role.

1st Line Support Officer
Reporting to : Support Manager
Location : UK
Salary : £20-30k package based on experience

Overview
A fantastic opportunity for an excellent communicator to join a leading edge software house in Send, Surrey location. This is an exciting role for a dynamic self-starter, with plenty of client contact and responsibility.
Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be the main front-line support person for Infra's blue chip client base, working closely with 2nd and 3rd line support to ensure issues are resolved. You will be dealing with clients on the phone and via email - your verbal and written communication skills will therefore be second to none.
You must have the ability to prioritise multiple issues and escalate them when relevant, and be able to stay calm under pressure. You must have a willingness to accept responsibility and take ownership of issues, and be able to meet deadlines. You enjoy working both individually and in a team environment, and you must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
You will preferably have some qualifications in an IT related discipline, and have support and client management experience. You must have a track record of providing 1st Line support in a IT environment, preferably for software.

- Liaising with 2nd and 3rd line support team members on the resolution of issues
- Liaising with Account Managers to ensure correct prioritisation of client issues
- Recreating problems that have been identified in the market with Infra products
- Assisting with Knowledge Base documentation
- Managing deployment libraries and releases to clients

Second Level Support Consultant
Reporting to : Support Manager
Location : UK
Salary : £25-35k package based on experience

You will be providing application and technical support to our clients who include many well known blue-chip international and UK companies across commercial and government sectors. The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and client management skills.
Exposure to supporting applications in a vendor environment would be advantageous, as would experience with SQL Server and Oracle. Knowledge of ITIL will be highly regarded.
